There are still a few things left to make this manual complete:
1.Index page right after About the Authors
2.References after Index page
3.CD Exercises in sound, digital file
4.Revision of troubleshooting. Perhaps ask Mr. Arkin about the complier time error?
5.Bolding and font-styling of keywords, etc. (According to Tasfia)
6.Revision of Table of Contents and page references (e.g., I made 2 references to the exercises page in the manual, but I didn't specify the pg number. Instead, I left it blank.)
